Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You must promptly update your information if it changes
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Permitted Uses:

• Legitimate advocacy and communication with MEPs
• Accessing educational resources and information
• Participating in democratic processes and civic engagement
• Sharing factual information about minority rights issues

Prohibited Uses:

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward any individual or group
• Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence
• Spam, unsolicited communications, or automated messaging
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonating MEPs, officials, or other individuals
• Commercial use without explicit permission

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and truthful
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting the rights and dignity of all individuals
• Using the Service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose
• Maintaining appropriate security measures for your account
• Reporting any violations of these terms to our team

• Avoid repetitive or excessive messaging
• Respect MEPs' time and official duties

Our Content:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Support Bulgarians in North Macedonia Initiative and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• Website design, layout, and user interface
• Original written content and educational materials
• Software, code, and technical implementations
• Logos, trademarks, and branding elements

User Content:

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service (such as messages to MEPs). However, by submitting content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Transmit your messages to the intended MEPs
• Store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for advocacy and research purposes

Third-Party Content:

We may include links to third-party resources, reports, and materials. We do not claim ownership of such content and respect the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Key Privacy Principles:

• Damages resulting from third-party conduct or content
• Damages resulting from suspension or termination of your access

Maximum Liability:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

Exceptions:

These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination by You:

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have provided personal information, you may request its deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Us:

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:
